Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.

It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.

Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged suit, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at support@bloomingjelly.com.   

There are two types of order cancellations.                                  

1. Cancelling an unpaid order.  

An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or  please log into your BMJL HOME account >> "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled.              

2. Cancelling a paid order.  

To cancel a paid order, you will need to submit a ticket by clicking the "My Tickets" button and send all the necessary information.

Here at BMJL HOME we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out. In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled. Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange "return for refund".

If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, then please click on the "Online Help" button at the top of the homepage.

- Sleepwear, Swimwear, sale items, gift cards.

We will offer a full refund on all items you returned (exclude return shipping fee and unreturnable items).

Coupon codes  will not be refunded as monetary value.

For US customers, your first return within 40 days after placing the order will be free.

The full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

Refund will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
