Return Policy

We want your 100% satisfaction with your purchase at Blooming Jelly. All full-priced items in new condition are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt date if you are unhappy with your purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Email us at support@bloomingjelly.com when you need to make a return. To process a return, please follow these simple steps: 

  • Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form).
  • Depending on the shipping method selected, your return may take several days to reach us. Please allow 7 business days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center.

Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip while sending it back to our distribution center so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Blooming Jelly Discount Code or E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on BloomingJelly.com. The Discount Codes or E-Gift Cards never expire! 

Return Conditions

Given the delicate nature of what we sell, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear)  with original tags attached and in Blooming Jelly original packaging.

Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Blooming Jelly reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Blooming Jelly reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Non-Blooming Jelly items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Final Sale Items

Any item marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for store credit - Sleepwear, Swimsuits, sale items, etc. In the event of an unauthorized return, Blooming Jelly reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for final sale items such as sleepwear, swimsuit and other sale items.

Exchanges

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via Discount Code or E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the Discount Code or E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item. 

Damaged Items

If you could kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit in the form of Discount Code or E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit. 

Return by Mail

Please print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns final sale items including sleepwear, swimsuits and other sale items.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Blooming Jelly will not issue return credit.  

Credit

Store credit via Discount Code or E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 7 business days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your Discount Code or E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Blooming Jelly does not credit original shipping charges.

Stale Returns

Blooming Jelly requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Blooming Jelly will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. A Discount Code or E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.

Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted.

Note

  • We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Blooming Jelly will not issue return credit.  
  • You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • The original shipping costsand insurance are non-refundable; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Blooming Jelly does not provide return shipping labels.
  • A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, while no-restockingfee to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’ s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • Items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
  • Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
